We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us, but if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 45 days. Please include a copy of the order confirmation and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been made specifically to your individual requirements.
If the product you purchase is damaged, or not as described, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

Delivery of goods
Goods will always be dispatched by standard delivery using Royal Mail or a similar courier and responsibility for the condition of the goods will transfer to you when received by you, or by someone else you have nominated to receive them on your behalf, such as a neighbour.
There is a standard default delivery period of 30 days, although we will always strive to ensure that goods ordered are delivered within 7 days unless a longer period has been agreed.
If your delivery is made later than agreed and it was essential that it was delivered on time, then you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period begins when you receive the last of the batch.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Your right to a refund
You will receive a refund within 14 days of either us receiving the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary (the extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop).

Refunding the cost of delivery or return
Should you cancel the order then our liability is restricted to the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place (any enhanced service, eg. guaranteed next day delivery, requested by you is not covered). Unless supplied in a damaged state you will be required to cover the cost of returning any cancelled order.

Exemptions
The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not give you a right to cancel orders placed for tailor-made or personalised items.

Returning damaged goods
If you receive damaged goods or they do not match the description given and wish to return them, your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act and in such a case we will arrange collection of the goods.
